Great Company to work for - Maintenance One Facility Employee Review

I personally enjoy cleaning and it's the best job I've ever had! Bosses/ supervisors etc are 100% approachable. I feel better after I've done my work to the best standard I can 😌

Only negative part is some people they employ are not as passionate about cleaning and therefore don't do a good job and others have to pick it up.

Hard work is recognised Friendly and social culture including regular work events Management are approachable and helpful Staff are well paid Management are supportive of staff needs and make reasonable adjustments

Lack of communication between departments Some departments seem understaffed and could do with extra support
