OK company in an awful industry - Patient Service Representative One GI Employee Review

I left Baptist to join Gastro 1, and so far my experience with the company has been great. The higher up in leadership is extremely nice. The workers are all team group oriented. I have no complains working here.

The company is generous, they make sure the staff have lunch every day.

The pharmaceutical representatives bring lunch all the time. There is an HSA and other decent benefits, and OneGI sends swag.

OnPoint Pathology is incredibly toxic. The communication is terrible, There are people confused about their responsibilities and shifts, No one can shut up about politics, The other histotech is so cheap that I had to go behind his back to get ppe, and fix the staining issues.
