Seems more concerned with political correct wokeness than retaining staff, lots of turnover- doesn't lie, there's a reason: work hard, and do good work? Here's more work (if noticed that your are self-starter and "overwork" yourself, they will say they want you to have balance, but then increase your workload if you are doing well, while others that have less work ethic, remain with the smaller amount of work, this was noticed in ALL positions (from providers to office staff, etc)
