Decent Pay - Poor Management - Tutor One Mind Learning Employee Review

The problem here is how the management deals with their clients. The students are fine, but it's the parents that are the problem. They serve some very wealthy clients and when the parents say "jump", the management says "how high?". In my time working there, I made an effort to always get feedback from my boss and she would play the part of the relatable, built this place from the ground up, knows the struggle kind of boss. However, I've noticed that as much as she says that she is all of these things, she has turned into the type of people that pay her: out-of-touch and stuck up.
