Pros
no experience needed to work here. worked at the call center. you get bonuses if you work hard and people show up for the appointments you set up. there is a hourly rate involved and it is not commission based.
Cons
you cant be completely honest with the customers. its a gray area. the company asks the customers for money first to be put into the casting database instead of the typical agent where you pay a percent of what you get if you get the role. its basically a total scam
