None. There are no pros. Don’t work here.

As an employee, you’ll be disrespected by management, underpaid, underappreciated, unrecognized for all the hard work you put in and be asked to take on even more responsibility outside of your normal job responsibility. No job growth either despite claiming there is. Work culture is non-existant and laughable when they claim they have one.
