      Poor leadership serves as a pro and a con. Office bar, free lunches a few times a year, team office party, coffee/tea etc. The usual office perks, nothing special (except the speakeasy!)

      Poor leadership serves as a pro and a con. Terrible terrible, truly atrocious "leadership". Pay is low, business ethics are questionable.
