Pros
When I first joined the company, I didn't start as a product designer. However, due to organizational changes, I began learning about product design. The company provided me with ample resources and encouragement, which allowed me to grow significantly in a short period of time. With these newly acquired skills, I was able to make substantial contributions to the company.
Cons
As previously mentioned, before I began my work in product design, the company underwent organizational restructuring. As a result, during my time there, I occasionally encountered projects without clearly defined leaders, which led to less streamlined processes and, in some cases, significant project delays.
