      A lot of nice people and potential to work on cool projects.

      Cons

      They try to pacify employees with beer and "fun" to distract from the terrible working environment. Low pay, employees are overworked and given no support.

      Overtime was offered very often.

      Low pay, little room for advancement, and management regularly asking employees to do various extra tasks outside of the job description/duties.
