The past year has brought challenges, including difficult restructuring decisions aimed at positioning OnePlan for long-term success. While transitions like these are tough, we remain dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our customers and creating a supportive environment for our employees. Change can be challenging, and we are actively listening to feedback from both employees and clients to guide our decisions. We recognise the importance of morale and transparency in fostering a healthy workplace. Leadership is committed to clear communication and creating a culture where team members feel supported, heard, and confident in the company’s direction. We obtain ongoing feedback through our employee engagement app and recently completed the annual People survey. The changes we have been able to implement from employee feedback have seen our eNPS score increase steadily in recent months and is the highest it has been in 9 months.
