Pros
Autonomy and trust in your work. Some fun people but mostly cliquey and inexperienced. Good location, easy to get to.
Cons
Really bad culture and literally worst run places I've ever worked. Leadership team inexperienced and everyone makes bad decisions. Marketing-lead rather than product-lead. If you care about product you don't want to work here.
