7yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First off, I want to apologize that you had a negative experience working at 1-Stop, and that it has taken us so long to respond. At 1 Stop, we conduct annual Engagement Surveys asking all our employees to provide us feedback on what we are doing well and what we can improve on. In our 2017 survey, 84% of employees strongly agreed/ agreed they have Trust in our Leadership Team. That said, we know we can always do better, which is why I would like the chance to speak further about your comments- we welcome both positive and constructive feedback.
