      Pros

      Since Aker has some stake till now the work life balance is good but I can see it changing very soon due to the Schlumberger ownership. Pay is decent. People are treated well.

      Cons

      Pune office is 99.9% Marathi folks. I am not against them but anyone from outside will definitely feel left out. The HR and IT team here is useless. Very old school, no new age systems in place.

      Pros

      Great working environment! What I like most about working as an engineer at OneSubsea, is that it still attempts to carry the Cameron culture from the pre-SLB era. The group I directly work with always values work/life balance, while still working hard to meet deadlines. Great balance.

      Cons

      SLB is a large international company, and that comes with all the red-tape and other bureaucratic processes.
