Not for me - PPC Account Executive Onefeed Employee Review

Thanks for the honest feedback. I think you were here for just a couple of weeks before you took another role so it does seem a little too early to make the judgements you have stated. You were brought in as a search executive and it was made clear that this was the current role, however we are making sure all our teams are doing search and shopping for our clients so perhaps it was a little too soon to suggest there was going to be no progression. As a small agency we have always promoted from within and given people opportunities to progress. I suppose it's hard to see this in just 2 weeks working here. We thought you were a brilliant PPC manager and we could see why your old boss was so keen to take you to his new business. We thought you were more than capable of managing 4 clients on your own as you had the experience as well as a very good way with clients. It was such a shame to see you go so quickly. I'm sorry about the technology side of things, that is sadly a by-product of people working remotely and not in the office to share any issues. I did ask how the desktop was working and I wasn't aware that you had started using your laptop. As a business we find deskptop machines far better to work from as the use of 2 screens is best accomodated this way.
