No clear path for career growth or promotion. After three years in the company and working in two different departments, there has been little to no opportunity for advancement. Salaries are stagnant with very minimal, if any, increases, making it difficult to stay motivated. Lack of investment in employee development or career progression, leading to long-term frustration for those looking to grow. Innovation and fresh ideas are not encouraged, and there’s little room for change in roles or responsibilities.
