      Most people there have been working there for less than 6 months. The Co-Founder, Carl, hires and fires people constantly. No company culture. If you want stability in your job don't waste your time here.

      It has been an incredible journey. I’ve grown both personally and professionally. To the ONIA team – I’m forever grateful for the experience and our time together and look forward to seeing all the great things you’ll do in the future. Before I start my next adventure, I'm going to take a little time off and travel Iceland!
