Okay this is to the higher management or CEO or any higher ups who are seeking advice! So please pull the details of all interns who had joined from 2023/24! Till now and check how many of them are still interning! (You prove me wrong on this!) Can't you bare some minimum common sense that you keep them for more than one year, mentally torchoring them for nothing! I still remember the day working till morning 7 AM on 1st of JAN! That life sucks man honestly! But I also appreciate the things I had learnt there, out of 5 only 1 will be helpful and approachable! To be honest it's a complete WFH, but between teams there is no proper repo at all! Manager expects to work on weekends! Not sure if this is the same across US there! And also let me tell you the main point! I totally understand it's a banking sector and security/privacy wise you are using legacy tools! That I understand, but atleast try to think out of the box in terms of implementing logic! Very very unmotivated managers, who just raise their voices for nothing! Feel so sorry who are still stuck there! The package given for interns to FTE(very rare conversions) is somewhere around 4! But the managers suck your blood like anything! And people sitting at US, are but aggressive tone!

Please at least invest on tools like Jira, for managing tasks! Its too hectic to watch our tasks on Excel sheet and with unorganised managers!
