Pros
If I had to pick something, a few colleagues were actually decent to work with.
Cons
The accountability here is basically nonexistent, and it's honestly exhausting. You'd point out the same mistake multiple times, and nothing would change because there are no actual consequences to anything. People would just keep doing the same wrong thing over and over again, and it feels like management either doesn't notice or doesn't care, which honestly gets old. The whole place operates like nobody's actually responsible for anything, so errors just pile up without anyone getting called on it. You end up doing the same explanations and corrections repeatedly, and that wears you down fast. I don't know if it's poor oversight or just a lack of will to actually hold people accountable, but either way, it's broken.
