Pros
This is easily one of the best places I've ever worked. It has typical mid-sized business problems but the culture is amazing and it feels good working somewhere where people acknowledge each other's efforts.
Cons
Ownership has some kinks but I think the other reviewers have not worked with owners before. Ownership at OLR is a breath of fresh air compared to the other places I've worked.
