-Disorganized as a company, few set processes in place - changes structure and direction frequently.
-Overly involved owner in many aspects.
-Outsources a lot of work overseas for cheap labor replacing US labor.
-Out of touch leadership which relies on old e-commerce methodology, slow to embrace modern e-commerce practices.
-Very little training for new employees - figure it out as you go method.
-Management is not very transparent in company health or company changes not communicated.
-Employees end up wearing a lot of hats with responsibilities changing or being added frequently. What you interview for and what you actually do are two different things.
-No paid paternity leave for fathers
-Vacation allotment is very low (10 days for 4 years of service)
-No/little opportunity for growth
