Pros
1) Good for learners who want to try new technology for Core Technology like multimedia technology, VR .. etc 2) Small but technological company like codecs , Initial VR & AR work..etc 3) Work on Nvidia Hardware's & other customize hardware's too ..etc Overall good for core technologies like DSP,COdecs, VR,AR..etc
Cons
1) Lack of management across teams, meaning a product manager is necessary for smooth roll out of product. 2) If in core technological work life balance will be a problem. 3) Less people and more work and as usual in industries frequent work shift which is normal
