Pros
Positive Environment to work at. Zero criticism from managers, if any its constructive. Good pay, very understanding and humane people to work for. Do everything they can to keep customers & employees happy.
Cons
Sometimes they try too hard & bend over backwards to show off the quality of their work and don't let the work talk for itself. A very conservative management , personally I considered to be a big setback. No Hierarchy , chain of command didn't exist. Being a bit too social and having a laid back attitude among all raised red flags for me personally.
