Pros

Being WFH for 4/5 days was very helpful, as the commute to the office was very time-consuming. Good if you have a family to take care of. Great people to work with. Young and hard-working.

Cons

Micro-managing -All departments have to create a weekly presentation of their work, (like you're back in school again). Time-consuming and tedious - most of the time, they don't really care. No wonder why people leave within 3-6 months of joining. Get treated like animals. Threats of not getting bonuses or being made redundant when you do the slightest thing wrong. No culture whatsoever - in the interview, they say they have a "great working culture", but in reality, they are trying to squeeze you with everything you're worth and compensated below average. Personally, I like Leo, but as a businessman and CEO - Your voice doesn't get heard, even though his opinion is wrong most of the time. poor way of doing business. You can't have fun in the office. The whole business model is a glorified MacBook reseller. Be wary. Most of the good reviews on here are from current employees. They don't want to express how they really feel about the company.

Pros

Nothing to say about it !

Cons

The leadership, particularly CEO Leonardo Poggiali, lacks a clear and consistent strategic direction, with frequent shifts in priorities that appear driven more by personal judgment than by structured business planning. This results in constant uncertainty, misalignment across teams, and inefficient execution. At the operational level, there is a noticeable lack of ownership and accountability. The COO, Katie Lewis, does not effectively drive execution or provide the leadership needed to resolve critical issues, which often leaves teams without direction and delays key deliverables. There is a significant gap between what is communicated during hiring and the actual work environment. Despite projecting strong operational capabilities, the reality reflects inconsistent processes, unclear expectations, and limited leadership support. Frequent changes in direction, lack of transparency, and instability in decision-making create a challenging work environment, impacting employee confidence, morale, and long-term growth. Overall, this is not an ideal setup for professionals seeking stability, strong leadership, or structured career progression.

Pros

The CTO, Kannan, is an incredible leader and I am learning so much from him every day. He is always willing to help and understand, which makes a big difference for a QA. It is rare to find a CTO who actually cares about your professional growth. The work is interesting, and you get to use innovation modern tools .You get to work on interesting problems with a high degree of independence. The team is friendly, and there is a lot of room to grow your technical skills and take lead.

Cons

As the company scales, documentation can occasionally lag behind the pace of development. Some processes are still being defined, which can lead to temporary bottlenecks during rapid release cycles.
