      Problems in every department at every level are a great training ground for future opportunities

      The City Commission is overly involved in the operations of the City and the operations of the City from Human Resouces to the Police Department are almost irreparably corrupt.

      Assist with the reduction of Crime. Implementing programs within the community to improve the lifestyle of the residents i.e., Schools, organizations, churches, etc..
