Pros
Senior management is attentive and will be open to discuss solutions. This company values Diversity and inclusion, I feel a valued member of the company. There is greater amount of flexibility in terms of work which allows creative inputs and overall higher engagement at work.
Cons
it is a process oriented company (not a bad thing) however, more often hampers if one is trying to achieve a faster outcome.
