Pros
The staff on the bottom rungs are lovely & incredibly skilled at making a silk purse out of a sows ear in regards to running & maintaining machines that have long since died a death & have been brought crawling back to life by the skilled engineers, its a credit to them. Pay is slightly above average & sometimes there's a lot of overtime when middle management decide or promise customers order that standard practices couldn't possibly produce.
Cons
Possibly the worst run company about, definitely the worst I've worked for. The place is run by tyrannical middle management with small man syndrome & there is little to no input from the ignorant management above them as they are to blindsided by the quick profit that is made from oppressing their staff to run machines that are no longer fit for purpose. Every departmental supervisor is either willingly complicate or has something held over them to comply as bully boy tactics ignorance to health & safety to a criminal rate & running your staff ragged at the 11th hour to fulfil stolen orders from the competition are the name of the game at the Branston street site.
