Literally every single aspect of this job: -- 8+ hours standing in the streets selling HelloFresh to people who DO NOT want it. -- Shady onboarding process -- NO HEALTH INSURANCE -- 100% Commission Pay, no base salary (and honestly, good luck trying to get commission from them) -- A lot of pressure from everyone to do more and sell, sell, sell -- Silly training atmosphere - standing in a loud, crowded room, practicing the same pitch over and over. -- "Management" completely unprofessional in regards to anything that does not involve sales. -- Asking people for their credit card information on the street and inputting it into an UNSECURE tablet is really uncomfortable and no one addresses that awkwardness at all.
