      Overall the mission of the organization is good. It made me feel like I was actually making a difference in children's lives.

      Very antiquated in their expectations, often hire/promote based on arbitrary standards rather than skill.

      No management presence, pay is OK, students are amazing, freedom

      Cons

      VERY VERY unorganized, a mess of a program, broke and cant do half of what other orgs do for kids, management is unhelpful, management favorites class clown type people and move them up when they dont do their jobs, nobody really does their job
