      There is a great team atmosphere among coworkers enabling communication and team work. Company frequently provides lunches, free coffee, little bonuses.

      Cons

      no benefits package, frequent discrimination and poor morale starts at the top. Attitude towards patients is less than stellar behind closed doors.
