Pros

Supportive and dedicated colleagues, unionized (!), great benefits.

Cons

After three years of endless transformation that has been incredibly disheartening and disruptive it seems like senior leadership has come out more entrenched than ever in building their fiefdoms without a clear organizational strategy. Additionally, much of the work in areas where OSF was a historic leader, including LGBTQIA+ rights, has been cut in favor of grand ambitions to engage at the UN on topics like global debt refinancing (?)—leaving the most vulnerable grantees out to dry.
