Great organization but lots of operational pains - Temp Executive Assistant Open Society Foundations Employee Review

Worked for an internal division that had weak leadership. The senior leader did not live up to the OSF ideals of equity and equality. They were very snobby and viewed almost everyone (including more senior managers) as beneath them. Also full-time salaries for support staff were ludicrously low for the city and the market. Picked the cheapest candidate for perm role, not the most skilled or experienced.
