The culture at OSF is rotten and that starts are the very top with Alex Soros and the Global Board, extends through Binaifer, Pedro, & Lenny, and right down to most of the “opportunity” directors. After years of never ending transition - that Binaifer was responsible for - the soul of this place is all but dead. The brain drain has been intense. Those that survived at the top know how to make Jr. feel important, they avoid his insecurities like the plague, and take no accountability for their own role. The Little Emperor wears no clothes and this is the truth that must not be spoken.
