      – Enorme Unterschiede zwischen den Abteilungen in Bezug auf Karrieremanagement, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Transparenz und Gehalt – einige schneiden in all diesen Punkten mit 0 ab – Sehr hohe technische Schulden – Veraltete Technologie
