      False Leadership. Lied to after job offer and was never started. If you made a written job offer to someone and they moved for your company. You should keep your side of the promise and start them and give them the job. Not only did the person not waste time and money, you put them in a spot where they cant get out of.

      Small enough company to still care about employees (get to know employees), great benefits package, ability to buy stock into the company

      Cons

      Since we are a sub to the prime, at times it seems like our leadership isn't in our corner for fear of loosing contract.
