      Pros

      I've been at OUR ~ for six months now, and I want to give kudos to OUR all around. Since I left the classroom, I've had the privilege of working for a few different places in the education space, and I can unequivocally say this is a fantastic organization. I've never worked at a place where GENUINELY cares about their people and the mission as OUR does; the impact the team has internally, externally, and ultimately on the students across the country is palpable. I take a lot of pride in saying I work for OUR, and I genuinely mean that.

The company offers competitive compensation, and I've found that the financial rewards match the effort and passion I put into my work. It’s satisfying to know that my contributions are making a difference in education while also providing great financial stability.

      The fast-paced nature of sales can be demanding, and there are times when balancing work and life can be challenging. However, the rewards and team support make it worthwhile.
