Pros
Flexible hours, the management asked for our schedule and tried to match it up with student timetable. The company provides opportunities to do other non-teaching tasks which are relevant to my uni degree. My co-workers and day to day manager are very supportive and caring!
Cons
Scheduling can be a bit chaotic during busy season (before HSC) and we are often given more students than what we can take.
