Pros

They are hungry for new business and trying new things. It is a small, close knit atmosphere and pleasant to work in.

Cons

They are small and it just takes time to build a solid financial footing. Its been years since I worked there and I'm sure they are quite solid now.

Pros

This company is set up to rely on the new graduate and intern population of Rexburg and the SE Idaho area. Virtual team provides a real-life working experience. Innovative company trying to create a product they really do believe in.

Cons

Company culture. Start up company had trouble getting seed investment to keep their doors open. Recession really hit the company hard. Working in a very challenge market niche that may be too difficult to grow the company. Small fish trying to enter a very well established market with some very, very big competitors. The ability to innovate and re-direct with the market conditions may prove too overwhelming to this small company.

Pros

There are plenty of projects in the pipeline. and how the projects are handled doesnt quite have a proper process yet. But if you're willing to take on anything that comes your way, you can really take hold of a project and run with it. Allowing you to really advance your experience. Also everyone is friendly and open to talking about projects. Pay was pretty good for the area.

Cons

everyone seems to be working on something different at all times. and interdisciplinary brainstorming sessions are limited, leaving the departments feeling fragmented. benefits took 3 months to kick in.
