      Pros

      The people, huge talent pool and great people to work with who are misled and mismanaged. Nice location in the Shard

      Cons

      Poor Leadership changing company strategy every 6 months. Lots of people leaving or being let go. Company changing names frequently. HR not leading with a culture, trying to be more corporate and not proactive to employees requests.

      Pros

      Since being with OpenPayd I have received support and help from both my direct colleagues as well as the wider teams. I joined OpenPayd for the culture and flexibility it offers and it has not disappoint, I am grateful to be surrounded by this amazing group of people from whom I can learn and grow with.

      Pros

      1) Friendly people. 2) Management that listens and encourages employees to take initiative. 3) Opportunities to learn and advance ones career. 4) Hybrid work + possibility to work up to two months remotely from anywhere. 5) Nice and spacious offices.

      Company operates in a highly regulated industry.
