Pros

Remote, Pay (even though you can get better in Contech), Jeevan, technology addresses customer pain points well

Cons

- Unethical AI practices, wouldn't advise being dishonest about technological capabilities to customers - Most OG's have left - started off well, gradually went downhill and most jumped ship understandably - Hiring & firing practices - both awful - Lack of diversity, don't get me started. It's bleak - think of what colour that suggests and fill the blanks - People who are under qualified for roles in management thinking they are qualified to make decisions - backwards

Pros

Great hiring and interview process, super responsive HR team. Excellent culture with teammates who go out of their way to assist. Awesome product development team pushing constantly to release new functionality (that really works!). Very responsive support team.

Cons

There are some trade-offs with a startup like marketing budget limitations.
