As with any fast-growing organisation, there can be some growing pains. At times, processes and structures are still evolving, which can lead to a bit of ambiguity or inconsistency across teams. Communication can occasionally feel fragmented depending on the project or department.
While the hybrid model offers great flexibility, the distributed nature of teams can sometimes make collaboration and alignment more challenging, especially for new joiners who are still building internal networks.
That said, the leadership team is open to feedback and there’s a genuine effort to improve as the organisation scales.
