Working in this company for 3 years as an IOS app developer - Ios App Developer Openweb Solutions Employee Review

What I like most about this company is their working hour flexibility. As I come from a very distant place, it always make me reach office after the office entry time. But, they never complain or cut my salary for that which I have faced greatly in my previous office. Just complete your work on time and that’s all they need from you. No interference in your personal life. Never have to worry about getting disturbed during your paid leave or weekends. That is the best thing I like here. Except that, you can get lots of other things like incentive, good increment two times a year, holidays, paid leave, work from home, etc.

Sometimes, I have to work late as because of the project demand. Most of the time I was unable to get a proper vehicle as it is late and I have to take a cab which cost me a lot. So, it would have been better if the company provide me a proper transportation even though the late night staying occurs 3 to 4 times in a month.

Besides work and technology learning, what I like most about this company is the way they use to keep the environment. Everyone has the right to learn while working. Not like other companies where the senior tells you to go and learn at home and work at office time. The seniors and even the CEO encourages us to take online courses related to our field and learn from various sources even at office hours if you have free time or stuck somewhere. The company itself pays for some courses if it requires little amount of money. Their way of encouraging each member to grow along is awesome. Even though I have joined as an experienced developer, I still have learned a lot. This is one of the best things that makes me stay here.

As the rooms are too large, it would be better if there are two ACs installed in each one of them. Sometimes during high temperature, the rooms become too hot.
