      First time founder. company is struggling to make sales. Micromanaging and bullying type of atmosphere. Leadership lacks vision and organization. No actual HR or onboarding. Extremely toxic environment.

      There is nothing good about working here.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely lost. They have no idea how to run a startup, they work their employees in India to death, and they are extremely toxic. Expect consistent out of work hour calls, texts, and gaslighting. Insane turnover for US based employees. Reviews on here are by the low paid workers in India to boost their score. You won’t even find many previous employees on LinkedIn because anyone with a brain will remove this stain from their resume.
