Pros

the total compensation is fair to the role I'm holding. With HMO and extended to dependents depending on the role level and total of 31 leaves per year and more

Cons

not for employees looking for WFH arrangement, which I am aware from the time I accepted the offer - it was discussed fully - I was just surprised that they still do announce WFH for special days like Christmas to Year-end holidays and other holidays of the year.

Salary is good, the company promotes growth besides in technical but also personal growth and also a fun and comfortable workplace.

so far none, but not advisable if you preferred remote arrangement
