I enjoy working for Opteon, I feel comfortable here, valued - Anyonymous Employee Opteon Employee Review

I like the way they are employee oriented. We have monthly meetings letting employees know where the company stands. I like the home/work life balance. I like the work from home capabilities. I sincerely think Opteon is trying very hard to be a great company, to do right by their customers and their employees. The economy is the only thing holding them back.
