Pros
The company values the work of their employees as much as they value their customers. The management deals in a professional manner whenever they want an employee to improve. I have sensed from the start that the company wanted their employees to excel in what they do and not rely so much with what was taught to them, although it is also very important to not depart from the standard procedure of the company. Aside from giving a professional feedback, they would also often give compliments and words of appreciation whenever you do your job well. This has been important for me aside from having lots of benefits, although let's say I am working for the salary and benefits, appreciation is also what gets me going. Needless to say, the management sees potentials and wouldn't hesitate to reward benefits to what equates to the work and dedication the employee has given to the company.
Cons
As I am working remotely, the only thing I am still having issues with is the communications part, there are still few grey area when a specific job is given but it has always been worked out whenever there is an opportunity. I cannot vouch yet how the office and working environment is going.
