The Work Environment - Engineering Intern OptiGrate Employee Review

Laid back work environment with a clear goal of improved manufacturing output and quality product. The employees are very helpful and accommodating to other departments as many processes overlap different production areas. Communication is OK between the different portions of the production line, with upfront feedback on work quality. Good experience as to how to see employment from a different perspective as strictly work is work and play is play.
