      Pros

      Projects are great sometimes, coworkers are great, compensation is OK. It's been possible to manage the work/life balance quite good most of the time.

      Cons

      Management have severe problems with most things, in particular when it comes to understanding of product development, respect for peoples opinions and competence, focusing/prioritizing on the right things, and ability to use the resources available.
