Pros
You get a paycheck
Cons
terrible management they will not take responsibility for anything they just pass the buck. Build procedures are not correct but they will not allow them to be changed. Not enough tools/equipment to finish and test builds in a timely manner. They want more units built in a month that is impossible to do, they would know that if they did a time study. You can work a 12 hour day and they would ask you why you are leaving so early, they just want more and more and more. If you work yourself silly to hit the numbers for the month they want even more the next month. Employees have to skip steps to be able to get things done. They will knowingly send out units that do not work just to say they hit their numbers. They are all about pleasing and giving more and more money to stockholders, the customer comes next and as an employee you are just a number. They started a moral committee, not to find out why moral is so low but to do things like have an ice cream party by comparison it would be like being in an abusive relationship and staying in it because the person buys you a gift once a month. They choose group leaders that have only worked their a short time and they have no clue how to build anything or even tell you one part from another. They run out of parts to do a build and it ends up being the fault of the people building them. I could go on and on with the cons but you get the idea.
