Pros
I loved my experience at Optics 1. I moved to another company because it was a better fit for what I was looking for at the time. However, the team, especially my management was incredibly supportive. I have nothing but great things to say as a former employee. A number of the same people are still at Optics 1 in 2021. If you get the chance to work here, I definitely would.

Not really a con....if you are looking to coast, this isn’t the place for you.
