Pros

-European company with 20 days of PTO offered, on top of US federal holidays -They fly you out to Amsterdam for training purposes -If you love to travel for work this job will have you going all over the place -You get plenty of opportunity to network and speak with some of the brightest minds in the field of regenerative medicine and biomaterials -The type of research the company supports is a noble pursuit and you feel good about doing the work -Good base salary

Cons

-Passive aggressive and judgemental coworkers -FAS team for the US doesn't do much to help sales people -Communication with European office in Amsterdam is slow and inefficient -Current NIH climate makes it almost impossible to sell the products -Not a huge industry market need for Optics11 life products, very niche, and few customers really need it -Super long sales cycles, deals take more than a year to close on average if they event close at all -No good CRM called pipedrive. No tools to automate follow-ups or track email metrics. -Sometimes you will have to travel or work during the weekend for conferences
